The Grand Table is a unique experience format that brings together the best of culinary excellence, live music, and social impact. With every ticket sold, a donation is made to UNICEF Austria to support children in need.
On September 6, 2025, The Grand Table comes to Vienna for the first time. Guests can choose between two extraordinary experiences: a majestic Grand Table Brunch or an exclusive Grand Table Dinner.
The Grand Table takes place on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna.Two formats are available: a brunch in the morning and a dinner in the evening.
The event takes place in the Grand Courtyard – Ehrenhof - of Schönbrunn Palace.The palace itself provides a magnificent historical backdrop and creates an unforgettable setting for this special experience.
Both the brunch and the dinner experiences last approximately 3.5 hours, including entry, welcome reception, and the full dining experience.Restrooms will be available on-site for the entire duration of the event.
In case of unfavorable weather, we will make every effort to secure a suitable indoor alternative.If the event cannot take place due to weather conditions, your ticket will be fully refunded.For full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
A set menu will be offered for the event.If you have any food allergies or require vegetarian or vegan alternatives, please email us in advance at info@grandtable.at.We will gladly accommodate your dietary preferences during menu planning.
Yes. We recommend elegant daytime or evening attire, suitable for the historic and festive setting of the event.

All guests enter and exit the event through the main gate of Schönbrunn Palace — a stunning and ceremonial welcome to an unforgettable experience.
Yes. The Ehrenhof courtyard is fully accessible, and can be easily reached.Three accessible parking spaces are available directly in front of the main gate.Assistance dogs are of course welcome.
Yes. If you would like to be seated with other guests who booked separately, please let us know during your ticket purchase or send us an email at info@grandtable.at.
Seating is assigned in advance, and we are happy to accommodate your request so you can enjoy the event together.
Tickets are sold via an embedded widget from oeticket.at (CTS Eventim AG).After completing your booking, your ticket will be sent to you via email (as a print@home or mobile ticket).
